Twenty years ago, Arun was writing about Alibaug's infrastructure before most people had driven there twice. He called it Mumbai's Hamptons when that was a contrarian view. What he understood then — the right distance, the right access, buyers who wanted a home that felt like an extension of who they were — turned out to be correct. He can see the same pattern forming at Pawna.
He spent over two decades in high-value real estate across land acquisition, residential development, international and domestic transactions and advisory — working with companies such as Sotheby's International Realty (IND), Taurean Real Estate, Vanguard Realty & other established property consultants. He has built homes in Alibaug and one at Pawna, navigating Maharashtra's approval & development landscape from concept to handover each time.
